On Saturday the Telegraph published their Best of the Caribbean supplement, which really gave readers a feel for all the region has to offer. At ITC Luxury Travel we were thrilled to see so many of our hotels and offers featured.
On the paper’s list for wedding and honeymoon destinations the exclusive resort of Jade Mountain is described as the most striking of “St Lucia’s many romantic boltholes”. Similarly Le Guanhani, St Barths is singled out as “a good choice for a glamorous wedding, with flower-filled gardens, a near-private beach and a spa by Clarins”.
The “many pleasures” of the private Peter Island resort in the British Virgin Islands are celebrated, too, making it a Telegraph choice for luxury hotels. Whilst The Inn at English Harbour with its “low-key elegance” is a featured boutique hotel.
A mouth-watering list of spa hotels rounds off this excellent supplement. The spa complex at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, St Kitts and Nevis is described as “both private and palatial” and praises are sung for its Caribbean Fusion treatments. Last but certainly not least comes the Coral Reef Club, Barbados whose “beautiful colonial-style spa, with its waterfalls and vegetation, feels perfectly integrated into its garden setting.”
This may be the tip of the luxury Caribbean holiday iceberg to ITC, but what a great showcase for some of our finest resorts!
