Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ship Visit

After a lovely train journey along the North Wales coast we arrived at Holyhead port for an inspection of the Seven Seas Voyager.

We were whisked away and very quickly welcomed onboard the ship. For those of you into your facts and figures she's 670 feet, 42,363 tonnes and has 447 crew to look after 700 guests - but for those of you who don't like stats, let's just say that Voyager is big enough to have everything you could want, yet small enough for you to feel right at home.

All of the generously sized suites have an ocean view suites with a private balcony to make the most of those fabulous views - although of course we weren't sailing anywhere to really appreciate the views! The suites also have walk in closet, marble bathroom with full bathtub and walk in shower, so plenty of home comforts.

For your leisure time you can enjoy an award winning production show, a spa treatment in the Canyon Ranch Spa Club, or why not try the casino, gym, tennis, shuffleboard, the golf driving net? If you're feeling less energetic you could just relax in the library or by the pool.

One of the four gourmet restaurants on board the Voyager, The Compass Rose restaurant, hosted us for lunch. I need hardly say it was fabulous food and wine - and in particular the chocolate cake for dessert was to die for!
