Our Concierge team will routinely organise luxury transfers, Champagne on arrival and meet and greet, but they can also arrange one-off experiences such as beach cabanas in the Maldives for Valentine’s Day, ‘Sip & Cycle’ tours in the Napa Valley or a private luxury boat trip with a picnic on Lake Como to really enhance your luxury holiday.
So whether you’re looking to reserve a table at a Michelin-star restaurant or book a relaxing massage at your chosen resort, our team will take the hard work from you and organise everything to your exacting requirements.
Challenges are a particular speciality of ITC Concierge. If you can’t get tickets for a sold out event then they’ll move heaven and earth, and use their extensive contacts, to get you those coveted seats. If you need special assistance for your journey, they’ll provide the help you need from your front door to your aircraft seat, and then again from the plane to your resort.
Romantics at heart, Concierge has also been known to plan more than a few proposals in their time; offering a discreet service that ensures the surprise is both memorable and unforeseen! A wedding service is also available, with a personal wedding co-ordinator for up to six people costing £250, and for over six people £500.
Concierge team anecdotes...
Senior Concierge & Client Experiences, Hannah Thomas divulges in some of her favourite ITC Concierge tales:
- Weddings in idyllic locales are a speciality of ours! One such that we arranged was at The Cliff restaurant in Barbados. We organised the photographer, registrar...everything, right down to having a special arch made for the couple to get married under on the beach.
- A story that always springs to mind is where we had a parent going on holiday to the Caribbean with her son over his birthday. He was mad on Harry Potter and the latest book came out while they were abroad. We sent a member of the team to queue up at Waterstones to buy a copy of the book and had it fast-mailed out so it was in their room on the morning of his birthday.
- We once had a couple travelling over Christmas and New Year and the lady accidentally left her favourite little black dress at home that she was planning to wear to celebrate the new year. We arranged for a family member who had access to their property to go in and retrieve the dress and then flew it out to her in time for her party.
- One we’re particularly proud of was getting two tickets for a central box to see Madame Butterfly in Venice, despite the event having been sold out for months.
