How do I apply for a job at ITC Luxury Travel?
You can look for relevant jobs on our Current Vacancies page. If you would like to apply, simply click the 'view job role' and download the application form. Once you have filled this is you will need to send it to us along with a copy of your CV, this can be done is one of three ways; submit your application via the online form; email your application to firstname.lastname@example.org or post your application to Paula Hodkinson (HR Manager), ITC Luxury Travel Group, Concorde House, Canal Street, Chester, CH1 4EJ.
Will I get a reply after submitting my application?
Due to the large number of enquiries we receive we are unable to individually reply to all candidates. However all applications will be considered and we will only contact you again if we wish to invite you for interview.
What is the usual interview process?
If your application is successful you will be short listed for an interview, which could initially be by telephone or Skype or at our head office in Chester. For some roles we do competency testing at first interview and depending on the number of applicants you may be asked to attend a second interview.
Can I apply speculatively?
We do accept speculative applications, providing that you agree to your details being held on file for future purposes. To do this you can simply complete our online application form and send with your CV and a covering letter outlining why you think you would be the right person to work at ITC and the type of role you would be interested in.
Is there a probation period for working at ITC and if so for how long?
All job offers are subject to completion of a satisfactory probationary period, usually six months. We will also take up two references if you are offered a position with us.
Will I get to travel?
Some roles (particularly in Sales) do offer the opportunity to travel to locations that we sell as part of our commitment to providing the best possible information for our clients’ holidays.
Will I get discount on holidays?
There is a staff discount scheme once you have passed your probationary period.
