The Chairman's Club Team

As a Chairman’s Club member, you'll enjoy the service of a dedicated Account Manager, who will get to know you and your preferences in order to offer a truly tailored service. Each Account Manager has a select portfolio of clients to look after, and each are passionate about getting to know their client’s travel requirements and wish lists from the moment they are invited into the Chairman’s Club.  We embrace that no two clients are the same, and we feel privileged to be given the opportunity to get to know our clients, their families and personal tastes.  Many of our clients like to meet over a coffee to discuss holiday plans and we love nothing more than putting faces to names, but conversely if you prefer to work together over e-mail, then we’ll listen and take note – truly flexible service.  Regardless of whether you require a night in London, European city break or a private jet to fly you to a private island, there is no request we can’t handle.

We never take for granted the many choices our clients have to book their holidays. We appreciate the time our clients spend on holiday is precious and should be stress-free, and they know that they can allow us to think of the finer details and so take the pressure off. With this in mind we take the time to walk you through your itinerary and pride ourselves on being two steps ahead, putting you and your travel companion’s needs first and bringing to life your forthcoming holiday. If you enjoy leisurely transfers to your holiday destination to take in destinations along the way or prefer to get from A to B in the fastest, most luxurious manner then we’ll add this to your wish list of requirements and factor this in to each holiday we arrange.

Each Chairman's Club Account Manager is supported by a Personal Assistant who will always be meticulous about the finer details of your trip and make sure everything is in place before you depart. Also passionate about travel, and extremely well-connected in their own right, Chairman's Club PAs will get to know each client's travel needs inside out, from your preferred airline to your choice from a hotel's pillow menu! In fact, they will even create your travel ‘wish list’, which can apply to all aspects of your travel requirements, each and everytime you book.

Aware that tastes and requirements aren't fixed forever, your Chairman's PA will continue updating your wish-list to ensure a seamless trip time and time again. Whatever you require your Chairman’s PA can arrange for you, using their own 'little black book' of contacts in order to secure your preferred tee-off times, make the best recommendation for a child-friendly restaurant or book tickets for an opera in Italy. Put simply, your wish is our command.
